Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy applies to your access to and use of this service through this app's mobile app (iOS App).
We understand how much your personal information matters to you, and that mental health data and sleep records are highly sensitive personal data. Because of this, this app is built to work entirely on your device: everything you write is stored only on your own device — we do not collect it, upload it, or have any way to access it.
Please read and fully understand this entire policy before using our service. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using our service.

In general: this app does not connect to the internet, has no account system, and does not transmit data to us or any third party. Everything listed below is stored only in your device's local database (Core Data), which we have no technical way to access.
Your entries: content you actively create while using the app is stored on your device, including mood entries, sleep entries, psychological test answers and results, breathing exercise records, micro-action records, cognitive behavioral exercise records, and anything you write in the "Settle" section. This data never leaves your device.
Device and operating information: this app does not collect device identifiers, generate remote logs, perform ad tracking, or use an ATT tracking identifier. Any temporary data produced while running is used only for that session and is released when the app closes.
Saving and sharing images: result cards are rendered on your device, and the images never pass through any server. Whether you save or send one through the system share sheet is entirely up to you; this app never reads, browses, or uploads the contents of your photo library.
Information we do not collect: we do not collect your contacts, text messages, call records, microphone audio, or location. Other than what you write into your own local entries, this app has no access to any personal information.

Providing features: what you write is used only by the app on your device to show it to you, let you search it, and let you look back on it — for example, generating trend charts, history lists, and result cards.
On-device stats and reviews: mood, sleep, and exercise entries are aggregated on your device to generate your own charts and periodic reviews. All of this computation happens on the device, and the results are likewise stored only there.
Use of health-related data: mood, sleep, and psychological test data are health-related data used only to help you observe and reflect on yourself — never for medical diagnosis, marketing, or advertising.
No ad profiling: we never use your information for targeted advertising or user profiling, and we never sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party. Since your data never leaves your device, we have no technical way to do this even if we wanted to.
Not used to train models: this app has no AI chat feature of any kind, and your entries are never used to train or improve any artificial intelligence model.

We do not share it: this app does not connect to the internet, and does not share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to any third party.
No third-party SDKs: this app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, so there is no channel through which a third party could collect your data, and no data ever crosses any border.
Sharing you initiate yourself: if you use the system share sheet to send a result card or text to someone else, that content is then handled by whatever system feature or third-party app you chose, and its further use is outside the scope of this policy — please use your own judgment about the risk.
Legal requests: because we hold none of your personal information, we would be unable to provide your entries even in response to a legal process or a request from an authority.

Where it's stored: your data is stored only on your own mobile device — never uploaded to the cloud, and never stored on our servers or a third party's.
How long it's kept: data is kept until you delete it yourself; we never clean it up automatically. Uninstalling the app, resetting it, or switching devices will delete the data along with it, with no way to recover it.
Security measures: since your data is never transmitted or uploaded, its main protection comes from your device itself — iOS's sandboxing and system-level disk encryption. We recommend setting a passcode or biometric lock on your device and keeping it safe.
Responding to security issues: if we discover a flaw in this app that could affect the safety of your data, we will fix it as quickly as possible through an app update, and let you know in the app or in the App Store update notes if needed.

Access and correction: all your entries are on your device, and you can view or change them in the app at any time.
On-device storage: all your entries live only on this device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so we have no way to keep a copy for you. If you want to keep them long-term, please back up this device yourself.
Deletion: you can delete entries one at a time in the app; to clear everything at once, uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally. Deletion cannot be undone, so please proceed carefully.
Withdrawing consent: you can stop using this app and delete your data at any time. Since we have never collected your information, withdrawing consent does not require any request to us.

This product is designed for adults aged 18 and over, and its psychological tests and self-help content are written for an adult level of understanding.
If you are under 18, please use this app with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. For content related to psychological distress, we also recommend seeking help from a guardian or a school counselor.
We do not collect personal information from any user, including children and minors: this app does not connect to the internet and has no account system, so all entries are stored only on the user's own device, which we have no way to access.
If a guardian finds that a minor has recorded something in this app that they'd rather not keep, they can delete the entry directly on the device, or uninstall the app to clear all data stored locally.

We may revise this policy from time to time. When a material change is made, we will let you know in the app with the new app version and ask you to reconfirm your agreement.
A material change to the policy will be marked with a new effective date. You can view the currently effective version on this page.
